Training on IPC/WHMA-A-620 Standard

Recipients: Cable and Wire Harness Assemblers

We have launched a training program for our employees on the IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard, which establishes quality requirements for cable and wire harness assemblies. Upon completion of the course, participants will receive the CIS (Certified IPC Specialist) certification.

The goal is to train our team to correctly apply the acceptability criteria of the IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard, ensuring high standards at every stage of production.

Implementation of a business intelligence system

Recipients: Management personnel

Implement an integrated management system with standard functionality (customizable to measure) able to manage administrative flows, production and logistics starting from the active cycle with the collection of customer orders up to the management of shipping/ billing and interconnected with machine tools for production.

Recipients: Management personnel

Adapt the organization with respect to the inclusion in the company of the new management software for technological and organizational development.

Manage data and databases and translate data into useful and strategic information for business. Key concepts and basic tools for querying a database and interpreting and translating data.

Innovate company management with the 231 Organizational Model

Recipients: Heads of functions and representatives of the production departments
– provide participants with a clear picture of the legislation on the administrative liability of legal persons in Italy,
– examine the organizational and managerial implications that characterize the implementation of the customized Organizational Model on the specific activities of the company, in order to define a suitable tool to prevent the commission of offenses by top management and subordinate employees.
