Since 1997 Realcable Srl is a certified company since 1997 and starts to take the way to quality 4.0 by implementing the “Zero Defects” strategy, increasing the systematic controls of the production processes and controlling the entire supply chain from the purchase of the raw material to the final inspection of the product.
All wiring harnesses and electrical panels are inspected 100%, upon specific request we are able to leave as well certificates of compliance. Continuous improvement at all levels and stages of the process is ensured through the help of statistical production controls.
The micrographic laboratory helps us to carry out detailed checks on the crimping process. Through a chemical process, the strands and the crimped contacts are made visible in order to analyse the conformity of the processing and to guarantee the quality of our products.
