Important improvements in the Realcable family, which is becoming always more advanced regarding environmental friendly themes and the waste reduction of resources.
We are talking about our recently installed photovoltaic system and the new smart lighting, projected by Realuce. This improvement allows us to have various light intensity based on the natural light availability in order to reduce the power consumption on its lowest. Moreover, in low transit areas, we have installed presence sensors, which activate automatically by passing by.
These are simple changes to help us producing clean and renewable electricity, reducing pollutant emissions and trying to achieve energy savings with the smart and innovating lighting.
Realcable participated as a finalist in the Kaizen Award Italia 2023 in Bologna. Companies of different sectors and sizes participated, with the same passion of continuous improvement of their organization, comparing methods and results obtained, listening to testimonials of excellence in Kaizen/lean and becoming part of the network of continuous improvement.

The project involves the construction of a 395 m2 photovoltaic system on the roof of the building using the two slopes facing south, capable of developing a nominal power of 80 kWp.
