With a large and modern machine park, Realcable can handle a wide range of electrical cable types, offering flexible and customised solutions for every requirement.

Control Panels & Electromechanical Assemblies
Realcable is a reliable partner for the production of electrical panels, control panels, and machine-mounted assemblies, built according to technical specifications or samples provided by the customer.
We offer low-voltage electromechanical assemblies with flexible solutions, including both turnkey and contract work.

Processes
Realcable performs automatic and semi-automatic cutting, stripping, and crimping processes, ensuring precision and reliability at every stage.
We have a wide range of crimp contacts, both loose and on reels, and also provide soldering services.
Additionally, individual marking can be applied using Ink-Jet technology for clear and customised identification of each component.
Advanced Technologies: Standard and IDC (Insulation-Displacement Connector)
Realcable uses advanced technologies to ensure efficiency and quality in wiring production. Through automatic application of Rast 2.5 & 5 connectors on power cables from 0.35 mm² to 1.5 mm², we provide high-performance solutions.
This IDC technology (Insulation-Displacement Connector) makes us more competitive, reducing delivery times without compromising the final product quality.
